Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Phoenix Coyotes at 07:30 PM Oct 28

This exhibition, on display September 6-October 8, describes the role that newspapers have played in telling America’s history from the mid-19th century through the current era. This collection, ranging from The Washington Post and New York Tribune to the Charleston Gazette, represents a cross section of America’s cities and illustrates the triumphs and failures of the nation. The collection has been assembled by Michael E. Long, assistant professor of history and political science at Pasco-Hernando Community College. The newspapers in this exhibit were given to Professor Long as a youth growing up in his hometown of South Charleston, West Virginia.
